Alkaline Trio
April 3, 2001
It starts off with a good radio song called Private Eye and throughout the album there are several other songs that have the same qualities, like Stupid Kid, You’re Dead and the catchy Trucks And Trains.
The real gems on the album are the Green Day like Take Lots With Alcohol and the powerful I’m Dying Tomorrow. “From Here To Infirmary” is an album that the fans of the harder side of Alkaline Trio might not be as satisfied with, but overall the music is more accessible and that’s not necessarily a bad thing, as the band doesn’t compromise on energy or intensity. I would think this album could be a commercial success as well as keep the majority of the fans happy.
