Get In Line is quick and energetic and feels like Razorlight and JET just got a musical brainchild. Due to all the distortion and sound effects, the song will most likely come out of its shell as a live track even better. Especially with the sing-along "oh oh oh" in there.
Rounding out the disc are the acoustic version of Time Goes By, which shows the emotional layers this band works into their songs and which is what actually fuels their strength, and Shooting Star which is potentially a hit single in the making. Especially the chorus ("You're too good to lose and I can't refuse / So don't make me choose between the two / I'm fed up in here in my atmosphere / Don't you know who you are, you're my shooting star") is pure gold.
This band knows who they are and what their strengths are. Their songs are energetic and filled with emotion in a way that reminds me of The Frames (not soundwise but the way they pour out all that feeling through effective and well-balanced songs). They are ready for the big leagues.
